近年来,由于当今社会企业为了追求最大利润,引发许多侵害消费者安全权的现象,另一方面,我国现行法律的不健全,执法部门分工不明,执法不严以及消费者协会职能限制等问题,导致消费者安全权不能得到应有的保护。为了促进市场经济的进一步发展,我们应当从立法、执法层面寻求解决办法,与此同时,消费者也应该提高自我意识,保护自己的安全权。
