国有企业中的青年协会是介于正式群众组织和民间组织中间的一种组织形式,有着较强的组织灵活性,由所有会员共同参与管理,会员的构成主要由兴趣和爱好聚在一起,又因兴趣和爱好的发展影响着协会的发展。实践证明,企业中健康的青年协会具有丰富员工业余文化生活、为企业培养人才、促进企业各项工作的积极作用。大庆油田采油二厂第三作业区团委,在实践中探索创建了青年协会,以此来凝聚、引导、培养青年,经过3年来的实践,协会为企业和谐发展注入了新的活力。
The youth associations in state-owned enterprises are an organizational form between formal mass organizations and non-governmental organizations. They have strong organizational flexibility and are jointly managed by all members. Their membership is mainly composed of interests and hobbies. Due to the development of interests and hobbies affect the development of the association. Practice has proved that the healthy youth associations in enterprises have enriched the amateur cultural life of staffs, cultivated personnel for enterprises, and promoted the active role of all the enterprises. The Youth Work Committee of the Third Operation Zone of the Second Oil Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield explored and created the Youth Association in practice to unite, guide and train the youth. After three years of practice, the Association has injected new vitality into the harmonious development of the enterprise.
