介绍了采用模铸锭轧制符合锻件探伤标准的245mm厚的Q345B钢板的试制过程,通过合理地设计化学成分,采用合理的洁净钢冶炼工艺、先进的水冷锭模浇注工艺及轧制高温大压下、轧后堆垛缓冷、正火等一系列工艺,使生产出来的钢板内部质量良好,不仅符合一般轧板探伤标准Ⅰ级探伤要求,而且达到锻件探伤Ⅱ级标准要求,同时各项力学性能也符合国家标准要求。
This paper introduces the trial production process of 245mm thick Q345B steel plate which is in conformity with the standard of forging test by means of ingot rolling. By reasonably designing the chemical composition, adopting reasonable clean steel smelting process, advanced water - cooled ingot casting process and rolling high temperature and pressure Under the post-rolling stacking slow cooling, normalizing and a series of processes so that the internal quality of the produced plate is good, not only in line with the general testing requirements of the first plate flaw detection level Ⅰ, and to forgings flaw detection Ⅱ level standards, while the mechanics Performance is also in line with national standards.
