目的:采用星点设计-效应面法参归中风康复颗粒的提取工艺进行优化。方法:以水煎法提取参归中风康复颗粒中的有效部位,以出膏率和党参炔苷的含量为指标,采用星点设计-效应面法考察提取次数、溶媒用量、提取时间3个因素对出膏率和党参炔苷的含量影响,采用综合评分法确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为加水提取2次,溶媒量为9.5倍量,每次1.4 h。结论:星点设计-效应面法所建立的参归中风康复颗粒提取工艺的数学模型预测性良好。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of stroke rehabilitation particles by using the star point design-response surface method. Methods: The effective parts of the particles in the rehabilitation of stroke were extracted by decoction, and the rate of the ointment and the content of Codonopin were used as indexes. The factors of extraction times, solvent dosage and extraction time The effects of the rate of ointment and the content of ginsenoside were determined by the comprehensive score method to determine the optimum extraction conditions. Results: The best extraction process was extracting twice with water and the amount of vehicle was 9.5 times, 1.4 h each time. CONCLUSION: The mathematical model established by the star-point design-response surface method for the particle extraction process of stroke rehabilitation is good predictive.
