本文梳理了自2010年以来有关研发协同的英文文献,从研发协同的特性、影响因素和绩效评价等三方面进行了总结和概括。首先分析了研发协同的内涵和特征;其次,从已有研究中的众多影响因素中,本文分别从企业内部(包括领导者、组织文化、信息集成)和外部(包括合作伙伴关系、外部环境、知识共享和地理邻近性)这七种类型的影响因素分析了其对研发协同的影响;然后从创新绩效和合作绩效等方面归纳研发协同绩效的评价方法体系。最后,在分析现有研究不足的基础上,提出未来的研究方向与展望。
This paper reviews the English literature on R & D collaboration since 2010, and summarizes and summarizes the characteristics of R & D collaboration, influencing factors and performance evaluation. Firstly, the connotation and characteristics of R & D collaboration are analyzed. Secondly, from the many influencing factors in the existing research, this paper analyzes the internal and external factors of R & D collaboration from the perspectives of internal (including leaders, organizational culture, information integration) and external (including partnership, external environment, Knowledge sharing and geographical proximity), this paper analyzes the impact of these seven types of factors on R & D collaboration; and then summarizes and develops the evaluation method system of collaborative performance from the aspects of innovation performance and cooperation performance. Finally, based on the analysis of the existing research, we propose future research directions and prospects.
