目的探讨低分子肝素与降纤酶治疗再灌注时间窗外脑梗死的疗效。方法收集2007年1月至2009年3月我院153例再灌注时间窗外脑梗死住院患者,随机分为降纤酶组47例、低分子肝素组44例和对照组62例,均在发病后6~72h给药,治疗前后进行神经功能缺损评分,比较低分子肝素与降纤酶治疗再灌注时间窗外脑梗死的疗效。结果降纤酶组有效率显著高于低分子肝素组(P<0.05)。结论降纤酶治疗再灌注时间窗外脑梗死疗效优于低分子肝素。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of low molecular weight heparin and defibrase on cerebral infarction after reperfusion time window. Methods A total of 153 hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction with reperfusion time window from January 2007 to March 2009 were randomly divided into defibrase group (n = 47), low molecular weight heparin group (n = 44) and control group (n = 62) 6 ~ 72h administration, before and after treatment of neurological deficit score, compared with low molecular weight heparin and defibrase in the treatment of cerebral infarction after reperfusion time window effect. Results The defibrase efficiency was significantly higher than that of low molecular weight heparin group (P <0.05). Conclusion Defibrase is more effective than low molecular weight heparin in treating cerebral infarction after reperfusion.
