我国著名的教育学家孔子在几千年前就提出了“仁爱”的教育理念。每个学生都有自己的特色,要根据他们的特点来进行教学,不能一概论之,最终使孩子成长为对社会对国家有用的人。而当今社会,有这么一种特别的群体,就是学困生,其表现为成绩低下,学习效率较低,学习习惯没有得到良好的养成,这些都造成了学困生的形成,而教师想要提高全班级语文的教学质量,就需要想法设法了解学困生的学习困境和需求,帮助他们解决这些困难,用爱温暖激励学困生,让他们感受到浓浓的师生情,从而在学习上取得巨大的进步。而本文,笔者通过平时的教学过程中得到一些研究感悟,从学困生形成的原因和可以采取的教学手段展开描述,希望对一线的教育工作者有所帮助和启发。
Confucius, a famous educator in our country, put forward the educational concept of “benevolence” thousands of years ago.
