采用滴涂法和电聚合法制备聚对氨基苯甲酸/TiO2-石墨烯修饰玻碳电极.用循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究扑热息痛和色氨酸在修饰电极上的电化学行为,据此建立一种扑热息痛和色氨酸同时测定的电化学方法.实验结果表明,该修饰电极对于扑热息痛和色氨酸的电化学反应具有良好的催化性能.利用差分脉冲伏安法测定,扑热息痛和色氨酸在1.0~530μmol/L浓度范围内与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.990和0.993.信噪比为3时,扑热息痛和色氨酸检出限分别为0.4μmol/L和0.1μmol/L.将该方法用于实际样品分析,回收率为95.2%~105.8%.
The poly (p-aminobenzoic acid) / TiO2-graphene modified glassy carbon electrode was prepared by a drop coating method and an electropolymerization method.The electrochemical behavior of paracetamol and tryptophan on the modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry, An electrochemical method for the simultaneous determination of paracetamol and tryptophan was established.Experimental results show that the modified electrode has good catalytic performance for the electrochemical reaction of paracetamol and tryptophan.The differential pulse voltammetry and the determination of paracetamol and The tryptophan showed a good linear relationship with the oxidation peak current in the range of 1.0-530μmol / L with the correlation coefficients of 0.990 and 0.993, respectively. The detection limits of paracetamol and tryptophan were 0.4μmol / L and 0.1μmol / L. The method was applied to the actual sample analysis, the recovery was 95.2% ~ 105.8%.
