The input and output in English learning is basically proportional, but it is also very important to focus on learning and paying attention to the methods. Actors can often achieve a multiplier effect. All learners hope that they can speak fluent English, but not all can do so. In addition to differences in personality, habits, and nervous systems, many people complained about the environment, such as the lack of opportunities to contact with foreigners, lack of training pairs, lack of textbooks, and shortage of teachers. In fact, language exercises are mainly personal things. As long as they are tight, they can also learn without a teacher. Due to the influence of the Cultural Revolution, I was 25 years old when I started to systematically study English at university. Although conditions in all aspects were very limited at that time, because of their preference for speaking, they insisted on practicing. The specific approach is: (1) To perform silent translation exercises for the language they hear every day for about half an hour. Others’ speeches, radio broadcasts, etc., are good materials. When you hear Chinese, translate it into English and vice versa. (2) In the case of more interesting content (such as movies), the English version of a still life (such as walls, furniture or trees)
