皮革制品是时尚产品,设计是时尚产品的灵魂。伴随着皮革产业的转型升级加速,设计人才短缺的问题日益凸显,并成为制约产业发展的瓶颈。目前,皮革行业的设计师年薪普遍在20万～30万,首席设计师年薪甚至达到50万～100万。薪酬不算低,但企业需求的巨大缺口却难以填满。
Leather products are fashion products, design is the soul of fashion products. With the accelerated transformation and upgrading of the leather industry, the issue of the shortage of design talent has become increasingly prominent, and has become a bottleneck restricting the development of the industry. At present, the annual salary of the leather industry designers generally 200,000 to 300,000, the chief designer’s annual salary even reached 500,000 to 1 million. Salary is not low, but the huge gap in business needs is difficult to fill.
