文章给出一种通用的设计方法,该方法使电潜泵的特性和各个油井的需要联合起来。抽汲含少量游离气的流体时所需要的泵排出压头和电功率,可用一简单的公式计算出来。抽汲高气液比的流体则需要复杂得多的数学模型,这种模型在考虑了原油收缩和泵每一级内游离气的情况下模拟整个泵系统。为了使用计算机程序进行计算,提供了该数学模型的基本公式。在含气井和不含气井两种情况下说明这种设计方法并且使用变频驱动装置和组合泵。
The article gives a general design approach that combines the characteristics of ESP with the needs of each well. The pump discharge head and electrical power required to pump a small amount of free gas can be calculated using a simple formula. Flushing fluids with high gas to liquid ratios requires a much more complex mathematical model that simulates the entire pump system taking into account crude oil shrinkage and free gas in each stage of the pump. In order to use the computer program to calculate, provides the basic formula of the mathematical model. This design method is illustrated in both gas and non-gas wells and uses variable frequency drives and combined pumps.
