电子线路的组装设计是电子设备结构设计工作的重要内容。电子设备的组装设计是多层次的,由基本的电路直到复杂的整机,如图1所示: Ⅰ.电路级:是基本的线路单元,大多由标准的分立元件组成。目前越来越多的设计采用各种模件,如微小型模件、厚膜组件、薄膜组件以及半导体集成电路,直接用于产品中。Ⅱ.插件级:是以多个电路单元组成的具有独立功能的插件。在结构上多划为整件级,有电原理图及技术条件。一般都采用印制线路板作为互连设计,除作成插拔式的插件形式外,还作成了盒式组件,并用电缆对外连接。Ⅲ.分机级:是由若干插件或组件,通过底板扎线互连,组成一个独立工作单元。如天
Electronic circuit assembly design is an important part of the structural design of electronic equipment. Electronic equipment assembly design is multi-level, from the basic circuit until the complex machine, as shown in Figure 1: Ⅰ. Circuit Level: is the basic line unit, mostly composed of standard discrete components.
