作者用两种不同规格的荧光素钠溶液(25％—3ml和10％—5ml)对41名正常志愿受试者与42名各种眼病患者作双盲交叉研究。在前肘静脉注射药物后观察了视觉、连续荧光血管图和5分钟时相血管图,并进行了研究和比较。两种浓度的荧光素钠溶液共同的不良反应是暂时的中等程度的恶心;在不良反应的发生率及严重程度上两种浓度的荧光素钠溶液无显著差异。
The authors used two different formats of sodium fluorescein solution (25% -3ml and 10% -5ml) for 41 normal volunteers and 42 patients with various eye diseases for double-blind crossover study. Visual, continuous fluorescein angiograms and 5-minute phase angiographs were observed after injection into the antecubital vein and were studied and compared. The common adverse reactions of both concentrations of sodium fluorescein solution were temporary moderate nausea; there was no significant difference between the two concentrations of sodium fluorescein solution in terms of the incidence and severity of adverse reactions.
