A new study believes that the key to controlling cholesterol levels may not only be what to eat but also how many times to eat. Researchers at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom have found that men and women who eat more than six times a day have lower cholesterol levels in their body than those who eat less often and have a lower risk of heart-disease. Heart disease is the number one killer in many western countries.
