基于定向钢纤维水泥基复合材料的制备方法,研究了三种钢纤维掺量下,乱向、定向钢纤维试件截面上的纤维分布情况,统计了钢纤维在破坏断面上的数量,计算了纤维方向系数,采用分布系数β与纤维间距s定量分析了其分散程度。研究结果表明:钢纤维的分布方向不仅对截面纤维数量有影响,而且对分布系数β及纤维间距s也影响显著。由回归分析发现定向试件中的分布系数与纤维间距之间有较高的线性关系。
Based on the preparation method of oriented steel fiber cement-based composites, the distribution of fibers on the cross section of random and directional steel fiber specimens under three kinds of steel fiber content was studied.
