《行政强制法》的出台结束了我国没有行政强制统一立法的状况,弥补了行政强制立法的空白,为我国行政权力的规范行使提供了有力的法律保障。本文试图从《行政强制法》的条文规定中分析立法的基本原则,从而使《行政强制法》得以更好的贯彻实施。
The promulgation of the “Administrative Enforcement Law” ended the situation that China did not have the administrative coercive unification legislation and made up for the blank of the administrative coercive legislation, which provided a powerful legal guarantee for the normative exercise of our country’s administrative power. This article attempts to analyze the basic principles of legislation from the provisions of the “Administrative Enforcement Law” so that the “Administrative Enforcement Law” can be better implemented.
