血液中的脂肪对心脏功能影响最大的是胆固醇和甘油三酯。这两种血脂肪的增高是造成心脏病的元凶。经过多年临床实验和研究,人们发现一种叫EPA即二十碳五烯酸的物质,具有克制这两种血脂肪的功能。 世界上首先发现EPA能保护心脏的人,是丹麦医师戴耶伯哥。经过研究,他发现深海里的鱼其脂肪中含有丰富的EPA。这种含有EPA的脂肪不但不阻塞心脏血管,反而有疏通心脏血管的作用。
Cholesterol and triglycerides are most affected by blood fat in heart function. These two kinds of blood fat is caused by heart disease culprit. After years of clinical trials and research, people have found that a substance called EPA, eicosapentaenoic acid, has the function of restraining both blood lipids. The first person in the world to find that EPA can protect the heart is Danish physician Dejedobe. After research, he found that fish in the deep sea are rich in EPA in fat.
