以PROE/ADAMS/ANSYS等大型工程软件为设计手段,应用数字样机技术和集成分析方法,建立建模仿真分析优化的联合平台。提出了满足其性能驱动要求的刚柔耦合模型和设计分析一体化方法,得到了锤式破碎机工作过程中的动态载荷,对整机进行了分析优化,对锤头寿命进行了预测,对工程实际具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值。
With PROE / ADAMS / ANSYS and other large-scale engineering software as the design method, the application of digital mock-up technology and integrated analysis method, the establishment of modeling and simulation analysis and optimization of the joint platform. A rigid-flexible coupling model and an integrated design and analysis method are proposed to meet the performance-driven requirements. The dynamic load of the hammer crusher during the working process is obtained. The whole machine is analyzed and optimized, the life of the hammer is predicted, In fact, it has important theoretical significance and practical application value.
