在频谱鉴频器上采用了光纤环形谐振器使外谐振腔式半导体激光器的光谱宽度(简称谱宽)和频率同步稳定。利用谱宽稳定来控制反馈光相位,利用频率稳定来控制输入电流。稳定的谱宽为2MHz,其波动在10kHz以下,等效频率变动为2MHz_(p-p)以下。根据该结果可以预见外谐振腔式半导体激光器可以作为环形谐振式光纤陀螺的光源。
In the frequency spectrum discriminator using a fiber ring resonator so that the external resonant cavity semiconductor laser spectral width (referred to as spectral width) and frequency synchronization and stability.
