医院在提供一定的公共卫生服务之外,还扮演着重要的市场主体角色,因此,怎样在激烈的市场竞争中取胜,是医院需要考虑的重要问题。当前,现代管理学是指导企业运营的理论基础,很多医院也采用了科学管理的理论来指导实际管理工作,积极探索高效、合理的财务管理模式来提升医院的管理水平和经济效益。绩效奖金是一种有效的激励措施,如果分配模式设计合理,能够显著提高员工的工作积极性,因此很多医院都开始重视绩效奖金分配制度的研究。本文首先阐述建立绩效奖金分配模式的必要性,接着提出绩效奖金分配模式的设计原则,并在此基础上探讨建立绩效奖金分配模式的具体方法。
In addition to providing public health services, hospitals also play an important role as market players. Therefore, how to win in the fierce market competition is an important issue for hospitals to consider. At present, the modern management science is the theoretical basis for guiding the operation of the enterprise. Many hospitals also adopt the scientific management theory to guide the actual management and actively explore efficient and reasonable financial management modes to improve the management level and economic benefits of the hospital. Performance bonus is an effective incentive. If the distribution pattern is designed rationally, it can significantly improve the enthusiasm of employees. Therefore, many hospitals begin to pay attention to the study of the performance bonus distribution system. This paper first elaborates the necessity of establishing a performance bonus distribution model, then puts forward the design principle of the performance bonus distribution model, and on this basis, discusses the specific method of establishing the performance bonus distribution model.
