去年5至10月,北京市政协委员与部分市民主党派成员、北京市社会科学院研究人员组成联合调查组,就北京文化产业的发展情况进行了专题调研。调查组实地考察了北京部分文化产业集团、规划建设中的文化产业园区,文化产业行政管理部门及文化产业经营单位,多次召开研讨会,向市委、市政府提出了意见和建议。首都经济发展中的一个支柱产业北京具有文化产业得天独厚的资源与环境条件,尤其是改革开放以来,北京新产生了一大批高质量的文化设施、文化企业、文化产品、文化服务以及品牌性文化活动。每年有上万场荟萃
From May to October last year, members of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and members of some municipal democratic parties and researchers from the Beijing Academy of Social Sciences formed a joint investigation team to conduct a special survey on the development of the cultural industry in Beijing. The investigation team visited some cultural industry groups in Beijing, cultural industry parks under planning and construction, cultural industry administrations and cultural industry management units in field visits, held seminars on many occasions, and put forward opinions and suggestions to the municipal party committee and government. Beijing, a pillar industry in the capital’s economic development, has unique resources and environmental conditions for its cultural industry. Since the reform and opening up in particular, Beijing has produced a large number of high-quality cultural facilities, cultural enterprises, cultural products, cultural services and brand-name cultural activities .
