采用S-P免疫组织化学法检测35例G raves病患者甲状腺组织切除标本(观察组)和11例甲状腺良性腺瘤患者的正常甲状腺组织(对照组)中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、促血管生成素-2(A ng-2)蛋白的表达和CD34标记的微血管密度(M VD),并分析其相关性。结果观察组VEGF、A ng-2的表达程度明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组VEGF蛋白表达与A ng-2蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.351,P<0.05),二者的表达程度与M VD亦均呈显著正相关(r分别为0.723、0.675,P均<0.01)。提示VEGF、A ng-2表达在G raves病甲状腺血管形成中起重要作用。
SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), angiopoietin (VEGF) in thyroid tissue of 35 patients with G raves disease and normal thyroid tissues of 11 patients with thyroid adenoma (control group) -2 (A ng-2) protein expression and CD34-labeled microvessel density (MVD), and analyze the correlation. Results The expression of VEGF and A ng-2 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (all P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between VEGF protein expression and A ng-2 protein expression in the observation group (r = 0.351, P <0.05) There was a significant positive correlation between the expression level of MVD and MVD (r = 0.723, 0.675, P <0.01 respectively). These results suggest that VEGF and Ang-2 expression play an important role in the angiogenesis of thyroid in G raves disease.
