用包层抽运的宽带可调谐掺Tm光纤激光作为抽运源研究了Ho:YLF 2μm固体激光输出特性。利用光纤激光共振抽运固体激光增益介质的光纤-体块混合激光器技术可使得大部分热量产生于光纤中,体块激光介质中只有很少的量子亏损热,有效地降低了热产生,有利于实现高功率、高效率的2μm激光输出。研究了不同抽运波长下Ho:YLF激光的输出特性,并与激光晶体的吸收光谱进行对比,对最佳抽运波长与晶体吸收峰不一致的现象进行了分析。在最佳抽运波长下,当抽运功率为9.4 W时,得到5.3 W近衍射极限的TEM00模线偏振光输出,激光中心波长2066 nm,光束质量因子M2约为1.1,斜率效率达到70%。
The output characteristics of Ho: YLF 2μm solid laser were studied by using the cladding tunable broadband tunable doped Tm fiber laser as pumping source. Fiber-to-bulk hybrid lasers that use fiber laser resonant pumping of a solid-laser gain medium can cause most of the heat to be generated in the fiber, with only a small quantum loss of heat in the bulk laser medium, effectively reducing heat production, Achieve high power, high efficiency 2μm laser output. The output characteristics of Ho: YLF laser at different pumping wavelengths were studied and compared with the absorption spectra of laser crystals. The phenomenon that the best pump wavelength and crystal absorption peak were inconsistent was analyzed. Under the optimum pumping wavelength, the output of TEM00 modeled laser with near-diffraction limit of 5.3 W was obtained at pumping power of 9.4 W. The center wavelength of laser was 2066 nm, the beam quality factor M2 was about 1.1 and the slope efficiency was 70% .
