目的 探索 CD4 4表达与胶质母细胞瘤转移能力的相关性。方法 使用特异性识别 CD4 4s/v和 CD4 4变异型外显子 v5 ,v6,v7,v8~ v1 0单克隆抗体 ,对 1例十分罕见的胶质母细胞瘤伴自发颅外转移患者的原位脑肿瘤和颅外转移瘤的石腊切片做免疫组织化学染色 ,以对 CD4 4基因的表达情况加以分析。结果 在本例原位瘤和转移瘤内均可见多种 CD4 4变异型 ( CD4 4v)同种异构物的产生 ,其中以 v7的含量最多。CD4 4v阳性细胞普遍分布于原位瘤、主动脉和冠状动脉瘤栓以及肾上腺转移瘤内。结论 除受某些客观原因影响外 ,转移促进因子 CD4 4v的表达是决定胶质母细胞瘤能否转移的重要遗传学因素之一。
Objective To explore the correlation between CD4 4 expression and metastatic ability of glioblastoma. METHODS Using a monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes the CD4 4s/v and CD4 4 variant exons v5, v6, v7, and v8 to v10, was used in a very rare case of glioblastoma with spontaneous extracranial metastases. Paraffin sections of brain tumors and extracranial metastases were immunohistochemically stained to analyze the expression of the CD4 4 gene. Results In this case, many CD44 variant (CD4 4v) isoforms were found in both orthotopic tumors and metastatic tumors, of which the content of v7 was the highest. CD4 4v positive cells were commonly distributed in orthotopic tumors, aorta and coronary artery thrombus, and adrenal metastases. Conclusion In addition to being affected by some objective factors, the expression of the transfer promoting factor CD4 4v is one of the important genetic factors that determine whether glioblastoma metastasis can be transferred.
