校本教研是学校内涵发展的必经之路,校本教研是一种学习、工作和研究三位一体的学校活动和教师行为。针对目前校本教研工作的问题和不足,广大老师可以就如何开展有效的校本教研进行积极的思考;明确校长在校本教研中的角色定位;进一步完善校本教研制度,促使校本教研的规范化和常态化;构建为校本教研提供专业支持的团队;强化校本教研的“携手”行动,形成教研网络;充分利用计算机网络技术,拓宽教研时空。
School-based teaching and research is the only way for the development of school connotation, school-based teaching and research is a study, work and study of Trinity school activities and teacher behavior. In view of the current problems and deficiencies in school-based teaching and research work, teachers can make active thinking on how to carry out effective school-based teaching and research; clarify the role of school principals in school-based teaching and research; further improve the school-based teaching and research system to promote the standardization and normalization of school- Constructing a team that provides professional support for school-based teaching and research; strengthening the “hands-on” action of school-based teaching and research to form a teaching and research network; and making full use of computer network technology to broaden the teaching and research space-time.
