目的调查太原地区女性不孕症患者解脲脲原体(Uu)、沙眼衣原体(Ct)感染情况,并分析其与不孕症的相关性。方法选择不孕症患者512例为不孕组,选择同期体检且已生育的健康女性为对照组,采用荧光定量PCR对两组宫颈分泌物进行Uu-DNA和Ct-DNA定量检测。结果 1感染率:不孕症患者中,Uu感染、Ct感染、Uu合并Ct感染率分别为53.91%、29.69%、13.28%,对照组的Uu感染、Ct感染、Uu合并Ct感染率分别为23.50%、16.50%、4.50%,不孕组的感染率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2不孕症主要原因:由输卵管相关因素造成的不孕比例最高,占47.85%,其余依次为排卵异常相关因素(32.03%)、免疫因素(8.20%)、子宫内膜异位症(4.88%)以及其他因素(3.52%);3年龄分布:Uu、Ct或Uu合并Ct感染率最高的年龄组依次为26~30岁、31~35岁、20~25岁、36~40岁、41~45岁。结论与健康女性比较,太原地区女性不孕症患者Uu感染、Ct感染以及Uu合并Ct感染率均显著提高,提示太原地区不孕症与Uu感染和Ct感染有一定相关性,临床中应将Uu检测和Ct检测纳入不育症的常规实验检查项目。
Objective To investigate the prevalence of Uu and Ct in female infertility patients in Taiyuan area and analyze its correlation with infertility. Methods 512 infertility patients were selected as infertility group. The healthy women who had been in the same period of physical examination and having given birth were selected as the control group. Quantitative detection of Uu-DNA and Ct-DNA in cervical secretions by fluorescence quantitative PCR was performed. Results 1 Infection rate: The infection rates of Uu infection, Ct infection and Uu combined with Ct were 53.91%, 29.69% and 13.28% respectively in infertility patients. The infection rates of Uu, Ct and Uu with Ct in the control group were 23.50 %, 16.50% and 4.50% respectively. The infective rate of infertility group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05) .2 The main causes of infertility: The infertility caused by tubal related factors was the highest, accounting for 47.85% (32.03%), immune factors (8.20%), endometriosis (4.88%) and other factors (3. 52%); 3 Age distribution: Uu, Ct or Uu combined with the highest age of Ct infection Groups were 26 to 30 years old, 31 to 35 years old, 20 to 25 years old, 36 to 40 years old, 41 to 45 years old. Conclusions Compared with healthy women, Uu infection, Ct infection and Uu combined with Ct infection rate in female infertility patients in Taiyuan area are significantly increased, which indicates that there is a certain correlation between infertility and Uu infection and Ct infection in Taiyuan area. Uu Tests and Ct tests incorporate routine laboratory tests of infertility.
