通过实验数据说明指标气体优选是煤炭自然发火早期预报的关键；讨论了指标气体的优选过程和使用方法；指出应用指标气体进行煤炭自然发火的早期预报是防止和减少矿井火灾行之有效的手段。
The experimental data shows that the indicator gas is the key to predict the natural coal spontaneous combustion at the early stage. The optimal process and application of the index gas are discussed. It is pointed out that using the indicator gas to predict the natural coal spontaneous combustion is an effective way to prevent and reduce the mine fire.
