本文利用有限厚度无限大平板的三维焊接温度场计算公式,通过最小二乘法使计算的热循环曲线与实际的热循环曲线最佳逼近,推导出了焊接热源集中系数K 的新的试验-计算方法。实践表明,这种方法不但简单、可靠,而且实验条件也不苛刻。本文还建立了给定规范下焊接热源集中系数K 与焊接电流的关系曲线,并对曲线进行了分析。
In this paper, by using the calculation formula of the three-dimensional welding temperature field of a finite thickness infinite plate, the optimal test-calculation method of the welding heat concentration factor K is deduced by the least-squares method which can make the calculated thermal cycle curve approximate the actual thermal cycle curve. . Practice shows that this method is not only simple and reliable, and the experimental conditions are not harsh. In this paper, the curve of the welding heat concentration factor K and welding current under a given criterion is also established, and the curve is analyzed.
