新型非零变位曲齿锥齿轮可以用封闭图来选择变位系数 ,文中给出了用C语言设计的进行该型齿轮的封闭图边界曲线简化的方法。即用内包络法对一系列封闭图进行分析 ,再用回归分析法对复杂的边界曲线进行处理 ,用几条简单的直线来取代边界曲线画出封闭图的范围。结合质量指标曲线即可确定变位系数。文中给出了直线的求法。
