[目的]对生地黄色素的抑菌活性进行分析研究。[方法]采用平板打孔法和连续二倍稀释法对生地黄色素对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、产朊假丝酵母、酿酒酵母、黑曲霉等的抑菌活性以及最低抑菌浓度进行观察。[结果]经研究证实,生地黄色素对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等均具有良好的抑菌活性,而对酿酒酵母、产朊假丝酵母不具有抑菌活性,而对黑曲霉的生长则存在较为复杂的影响。[结论]作为活性天然色素生地黄色素存在较高的开发利用价值。
[Objective] To study the antibacterial activity of radix rehmanniae. [Method] The bacteriostasis activity and the lowest inhibition rate of radix rehmanniae to Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida utilis, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus niger and so on by using the method of plate drilling and continuous double dilution Bacterial concentrations were observed. [Result] The study confirmed that radix rehmanniae has a good antibacterial activity against E. coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, etc., but not Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Candida utilis, but black Aspergillus growth is more complicated. [Conclusion] There is a high value of development and utilization of yellow pigment as active natural pigment.
