西安市城市给水是依靠开采地下水供给的,开采的方式是在西安市东西北郊各水源地建造各种直径的深浅管井。这些生产井大都使用了二十年以上,由于低水位运转和超负荷抽水,水垢、锈蚀及微生物群体沉积在井壁管表面和滤网,更由于超负人、荷抽水,滤网被淤泥和细泥沙堵塞,因此有的生产井水位降低,出水量减少,有的甚至因滤网堵塞严重而停产,虽经维修部门用空压机冲洗处理,有的效率仍然不佳。为了及时维护好生产井及恢复其原有效率,我们采用了井下爆炸方法处理了一批效率低及停产的生产井,使效率低的提高了出水量,停产的恢复了生产。
The urban water supply in Xi’an City depends on the exploitation of groundwater supply. The mining method is to construct various diameters of shallow and deep tube wells in the water sources of the northern and western suburbs of Xi’an. Most of these production wells have been used for more than 20 years. Due to low water level operation and overloaded pumping, scale, rust, and micro-organisms are deposited on the wall surface of wellbore tubes and screens, due to the super-negative, pumped water, and the filter screens are silted. Fine sediment is blocked, so some production wells have lower water levels and less water. Some of them even shut down due to severe filter clogging. Although the maintenance department uses air compressors for rinsing, some efficiency is still poor. In order to maintain the production wells in a timely manner and restore their original efficiency, we have adopted a downhole explosion method to treat a number of production wells with low efficiency and production suspension, so that the efficiency of the water production has been improved, and the suspension of production has restored production.
