Comrades: I am delighted and honored to attend today’s congress. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of Volkswagen Daily, I was entrusted by Deputy Secretary Wu Aiying and Vice Governor Shao Guifang to express my warm congratulation and cordial condolences to the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the provincial government on behalf of the general public.
