目的分析发达国家铅中毒防控经验,提出中国儿童铅中毒防控策略。方法采用文献分析法,对比分析国内外儿童铅中毒防控现况及策略。结果与发达国家相比,中国儿童铅中毒诊断标准相对滞后,环境铅标准存在差距;铅蓄电池行业缺乏有效的监管体制;儿童家长铅中毒预防相关知识薄弱。结论需进一步完善相关法规,加强健康教育,采取多部门合作的防控策略。
Objective To analyze the prevention and control experience of lead poisoning in developed countries and to put forward the prevention and control strategies of lead poisoning in children in China. Methods By literature analysis, comparative analysis of domestic and foreign children lead poisoning prevention and control of the status and strategies. Results Compared with developed countries, the diagnostic criteria of lead poisoning in children in China lagged behind, and there was a gap between environmental lead standards. There was no effective regulatory system in lead-acid battery industry. Knowledge about lead poisoning in children was weak. Conclusion It is necessary to further improve the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen health education and adopt a multi-sectoral strategy for prevention and control.
