在另一研究中,我们曾用生长法研究了盐蒿油对大鼠生长的影响,并测定了它的消化率,已确定其对动物及人类的食用价值。由于文献上尚无盐蒿油化学成分的记载,故进一步作化学分析,实属必要。本实验测定了盐蒿油的各种理化常数,并推论其主要脂酸的组成,以便更深入地了解盐蒿油的营养价值。 本实验所用盐蒿油系中国油脂公司江苏省公司供给。实验步骤,分下列各点。 一、理化常数的测定
In another study, we used the growth method to study the effect of salt artemisin oil on rat’s growth, and determined its digestibility. It has been determined its animal and human food value. Since there is no record of the chemical composition of the salt artemisin oil in the literature, further chemical analysis is necessary. In this experiment, various physicochemical constants of salt artemisin oil were determined, and the composition of its main fatty acid was deduced so as to better understand the nutritional value of salt artemisia oil. The salt artemisinite oil used in this experiment was supplied by the Jiangsu Oil & Gas Company of the People’s Republic of China. The experimental procedure is divided into the following points. I.
