采用回顾性调查探讨厂矿企业职工接触职业有害因素与某些生活习惯对老年病的影响。调查组不仅9种老年病的分布不同于对照组,而且在有不良生活习惯者中某些老年病的患病率更高。在排除不良生活习惯的影响后,仍以高血压、胃病、气管病、骨关节病等的患病率为高。提示厂矿企业职工接触职业病有害因素不仅可诱发或加重老年病,而且与生活习惯有联合作用。
A retrospective survey was conducted to investigate the impact of exposure to occupational hazards and certain lifestyle habits of employees in factories and mines on geriatrics. In the survey group, not only the distribution of 9 kinds of geriatric diseases was different from that of the control group, but also the prevalence of some geriatric diseases among those with bad habits was higher. After excluding the impact of bad habits, still high prevalence of high blood pressure, stomach, tracheitis, osteoarthritis and so on. Suggest that factories and mines workers exposure to occupational hazards can not only induce or aggravate geriatric diseases, but also with the combined effect of lifestyle.
