为了更有效地促进农村教师的专业发展,在调查研究的基础上对山西省农村中小学教师信息化教学意识、基本信息技术技能、信息化教学设计及实施能力等三方面信息化教学能力发展现状及其发展的内外部阻碍因素进行了分析,并从农村教师信息化教学能力的培训内容设计(注重全面性、针对性)、培训方式方法(注意灵活性、多样性)、培训评价(多元评价)三方面阐述了在培训实施过程中的相应改进措施。
