在普通硝酸铵中 ,加入专用表面活性剂和水 ,进行溶化 -真空结晶处理 ,制得一种含有微气泡的自敏化硝酸铵 ,这种改性硝酸铵称为膨化硝酸铵。用膨化硝酸铵替代原用普通硝酸铵 ,震源药柱内装药中的梯恩梯含量降低 50 %。文中建立了震源药柱内装药配方设计的数学模型。给出了高、中、低爆速膨化硝铵震源药柱的三个配方和爆炸特征数据。
In ordinary ammonium nitrate, adding a special surfactant and water, the melting - vacuum crystallization treatment, to obtain a micro-bubble containing self-sensitized ammonium nitrate, this modified ammonium nitrate is called expanded ammonium nitrate. The use of expanded ammonium nitrate instead of the original ordinary ammonium nitrate, the source of medicine within the column to reduce the TNT content of 50%. In this paper, a mathematical model of charge formulation design for the source pellets was established. The three formulas and explosion characteristics data of high, medium and low detonation velocity ammonium nitrate granular materials are given.
