沿非线性传输线传输的微波传播速度是直流偏压的函数,因而非线性传输线(NLTL)可用作宽带延迟线。已在原理验证试验方案的试验中制出混合NLTL。测得实时延迟为1.1ns,插入损耗<4dB,与理论非常吻合。基于2×2NLTL的天线阵被用来演示5GHz时的波束控制。使用适合于我们小组在60GHz时测试的变容二极管的参数,预测单片NLTL在20GHz时呈现<3.4dB的插入损耗和200ps的延迟。
The propagation velocity of microwaves along a nonlinear transmission line is a function of the DC bias voltage, so a non-linear transmission line (NLTL) can be used as a broadband delay line. Hybrid NLTL has been developed in the pilot validation of the pilot scheme. Measured real-time delay of 1.1ns, insertion loss <4dB, and the theory is very consistent. Antenna arrays based on 2 × 2 NLT are used to demonstrate beam steering at 5 GHz. Using the parameters of varactor diodes that our team tested at 60GHz, the predictive monolithic NLTL exhibits <3.4dB insertion loss and 200ps delay at 20GHz.
