用抗菌物质处理鸡腿菇覆土层,研究抗菌物质对鸡腿菇出菇及土壤微生物的影响,研究发现链霉素、绿霉净、四环素对第1潮菇有增产作用,多菌灵、井岗霉素对第1潮菇影响不大,几种抗菌物质对土壤微生物主要类群影响不大。 The effects of antibacterial substances on the growth of Coprinus comatus and soil microorganisms were studied by using antibacterial substances to treat the layer of Coprinus comatus. The results showed that streptomycin, chlorogenic acid and tetracycline could increase the yield of the first mushroom. Carbendazim, The first tidal mushroom had little effect on the number of antimicrobial substances on the main groups of soil microorganisms little effect.
