西安环太公司(简称环太)是一家以计算机网络系统为主营业务的公司。从1999年下半年到2000年四、五月,环太市场销售都处在黄金期,每天都有大量客户找上门,短短半年多时间,其业务量翻番增长。但2000年6月后,其销售市场进入淡季,环太才发现,上门客户越来越少,许多客户都转移了产品采购对象。——由于没有建立通畅的客户管理和客户分析通道,环太错失了继续保持高速发展的时机。
Xi'an Central Pacific Company (referred to as Central Pacific) is a computer network system for the main business of the company. From the second half of 1999 to the fourth and fifth of 2000, the sales in the Pacific Rim market are in the golden period. Every day, a large number of customers come to our door.
