密闭集中式空调环境空气质量及其对人体健康影响的研究

本研究采用“实验-对照”方法检测了密闭集中式空调建筑(A)及自然通风类建筑(B)室内外环境的空气质量,并通过无记名填写询问调查表了解了这两种室内环境中连续工作三年以上人员的自觉症状。结果表明,在A、B室外空气质量指标及室内部分指标无统计学差异的情况下,A组室内空气中CO_2含量高于B组,而细菌总数及负离子浓度低于B组;A组工作人员9种不适自觉症状的发生率明显高于B组,差异均有非常显著的统计学意义。根据这些结果,分析了产生这些差异的可能原因及相互关系,并针对性地提出了改善A类建筑物内空气质量及缓解工作人员一系列不适症状的建议和措施。 In this study, the air quality of the indoor and outdoor environment of closed-type air-conditioned buildings (A) and natural ventilation buildings (B) was detected by the “experimental-control” method and the two indoor environments were continuously identified by anonymous questionnaire Work more than three years of self-consciousness of symptoms. Based on these results, the possible causes and correlations of the differences are analyzed. Proposals and measures for improving the air quality in Class A buildings and alleviating a series of discomforts for workers are proposed in a targeted manner.
