随着社会的迅速发展,市场经济不断成熟,各个企业的竞争也愈加激烈,现代时期的竞争已经不单单是社会自然物质以及各种资源的竞争,而是人才的竞争。社会上最宝贵的资源当属人才,随着社会的发展,越来越多企业也逐渐意识到人才竞争的激烈性。供电企业是有关于人民生活的大企业,做好供电企业人才资源的管理是促进供电企业发展,保障供电安全的重要环节。本文分析了目前我国供电企业人力资源管理中存在的问题,并提出一系列促进供电企业人力资源管理效率提升的方法,希望能够促进供电企业的发展。
With the rapid development of society, the market economy continues to mature and the competition among various enterprises is becoming fiercer. The competition in the modern era has not only been the competition of natural resources and resources but also the competition of talents. As the most precious resources in society belong to human resources, with the development of society, more and more enterprises are gradually realizing the fierce competition of talent. The power supply enterprise is a large enterprise with people’s livelihood. To manage the human resources of power supply enterprises is an important part of promoting the development of power supply enterprises and ensuring the safety of power supply. This paper analyzes the existing problems in human resources management of power supply enterprises in our country, and puts forward a series of methods to promote the efficiency of human resources management in power supply enterprises, hoping to promote the development of power supply enterprises.
