目的用热释光剂量计(TLD)胶囊开展10条光子线束规则野和不规则野放射治疗临床剂量学验证。方法在不同型号的放射治疗计划系统(TPS)工作站上设计7种多叶光栅野,包括参考线束输出野,小的多叶准直器(MLC)方形野,MLC圆形野,MLC倒置Y形野,MLC不规则野,加楔形板MLC不规则野和小的MLC矩形野。使用TLD监测方法分别验证6MV和15MV X线水下10cm处吸收剂量。结果 TLD测量值与TPS计划值的相对偏差在-6.3%—6.4%范围内,±5%以内的占96.2%,超出±5%外的占3.8%。结论 TLD方法作为检查适形放射治疗剂量质量保证的方法准确可靠。
Objective To perform clinical dosimetry validation of 10 photon beam regular field and irregular field radiation with TLD capsule. Methods Seven multi-leaf raster fields were designed on different types of radiotherapy planning system (TPS) workstations including a reference harness output field, a small multi-leaf collimator (MLC) square field, a MLC circular field, an MLC inverted Y-shape Wild, MLC irregular wild, plus wedge plate MLC irregular wild and small MLC rectangular wild. The TLD monitoring method was used to verify the absorbed dose at 10 cm underwater for 6 MV and 15 MV X-rays, respectively. Results The relative deviation between TLD measurements and TPS values was within the range of -6.3% -6.4%, within ± 5% for 96.2% and outside ± 5% for 3.8%. Conclusion The TLD method is accurate and reliable as a method to check the dose quality of conformal radiotherapy.
