患者:吴中信,男,44岁,北京军区空军93528部队飞行员。病情回放:因患“急性重症胰腺炎并发多器官功能衰竭”于2007年3月4日凌晨2时由四川省绵阳市中心医院急诊转入我院全军普通外科中心胰胆病区。患者人院时双唇发紫、呼吸急促,呼吸频率达60次/分(正常人平均为16次/分),脉相无力、细弱,细数约150次/分(正常人约75次/分),腹胀如鼓,腹腔大量积液,肠鸣音消失,整个腹部压痛、反跳痛明显。诊断为:1、急性重症胰腺炎;2、Ⅱ型呼吸功能衰
Patient: Wu Zhongxin, male, 44 years old, 93528 troop pilots of Beijing Military Region Air Force. Reproduction: suffering from “acute severe pancreatitis complicated by multiple organ failure” at 4:00 on March 4, 2007 from Mianyang Central Hospital emergency department transferred to our hospital general surgery center of pancreaticobiliary disease. Patient’s hospital when the lips purple, shortness of breath, respiratory rate up to 60 beats / min (normal average 16 beats / min), pulse phase weakness, weak, breakdown of about 150 beats / min (about 75 times normal / Points), abdominal distension, such as drums, abdominal a great deal of fluid, bowel sounds disappear, the entire abdominal tenderness, rebound pain obvious. Diagnosis: 1, acute severe pancreatitis; 2, Ⅱ respiratory failure
