根据电子资源绩效评价指标集合以及用户感知的满意程度,创建以内部图书馆专家群体确定和外部终端用户群体感知为核心的、融合满意程度和服务质量的电子资源绩效评价模型,并对南京中医药大学图书馆四种电子资源进行系统评估。创建电子资源模糊综合绩效评价方法,分析电子资源的优劣,提出绩效改进策略与成效,为电子资源绩效比较研究提供了理论保障和实践依据。
According to the set of indicators of the performance of e-resources and the degree of user-perceived satisfaction, this paper establishes an e-resource performance evaluation model based on the satisfaction of the internal library experts and the perception of the external end-user groups as well as the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine University Library Four kinds of electronic resources for systematic assessment. The method of fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation of electronic resources is established, the advantages and disadvantages of electronic resources are analyzed, the strategy and effectiveness of performance improvement are proposed, which provides theoretical support and practical basis for the comparative study of performance of electronic resources.
