几年来,人们就小学数学改革进行了不懈的努力,对小学数学教学大纲、教材内容的改进,教学方法,课堂教学结构的更新,乃至教学中的具体环节都进行了深入的研究,取得了一些可喜的成绩。但是,我们也应该看到,建立在班级授课制基础上的众多教学改革,由于受到班级授课制的约束,这些改革本身就潜伏着三个主要障碍。从一定程度上来说,这些障碍制约着小学数学教学改革取得更大的突破性的进展,是造成目前教改工作徘徊不前的重要原因。因此,
