自由曲面精确建模是凸轮高精度反求的必要前提。针对三坐标测量机获得的自由曲面点云数据,研究了噪声点快速有效的去除算法、边界数据及整体数据的平滑技术、点云数据的筛选与曲面扩展;最后,结合VC强大的数据处理能力以及UG/Open二次开发工具,实现大密度点云数据在UG环境中的快速精确建模。经验证,该方法数据处理效果明显,曲面建模效率和精度高。
Accurate modeling of free-form surfaces is a necessary prerequisite for reverse-looking cam accuracy. According to the point cloud data of the freeform surface obtained by CMM, this paper studied the fast and effective removal algorithm of noise point, the smoothing of boundary data and whole data, the screening and surface expansion of point cloud data. Finally, combined with VC’s powerful data processing ability As well as UG / Open secondary development tools to achieve high-precision point cloud data in UG environment fast and accurate modeling. The results show that this method has obvious data processing effect and high surface modeling efficiency and precision.
