公务员作为政府部门的主要工作者,对国家的行政管理工作非常重要,公务员政治理论素养能够直接影响政府的形象。随着社会的发展,对公务员的要求也不断提高,一名优秀的公务员必须具备较高的政治理论素养。公务员工作职责履行过程中具备的基本品质及政治修养,公务员的政治理论素养关系到党和国家政府管理能力的强化。它是思想政治工作者必须具备的条件,直接决定了政治实践是否能够正常的进行,政治理论素养包括工作态度、政治立场、政策水平、思想作风等因素。提升公务员政治理论素养是新时期党政工作的主要内容。因此,必须加强公务员的政治水平建设,从根本上提高公务员的素质。本文就新形势下公务员政治理论素养进行了深刻的研究,结合当前的实际情况,提出了提升公务员政治理论素养的有效方式与途径。
