军事立法中客观普遍地存在着大量的道德法律化现象。在充分肯定军事立法中道德法律化现象所产生的积极效应的同时,也应充分认识到其可能产生的消极效应并努力克服之。
Objectively and universally there exists a large amount of moral law-based phenomena in military legislation. While fully affirming the positive effects of the legalization of moral law in military legislation, we should also fully recognize its possible negative effects and work hard to overcome it.
