在以前锻造车间几台蒸汽锤的汽缸加油是一个最感头痛的问题。虽然这些锤都带有油泵,但油总是打不进去,所以每天上班后都得爬到汽锤上面去打开汽缸盖上的螺堵,把油直接倒入汽缸。这样不但浪费时间,同时也很不安全,更主要的是润滑效果很差。因为这样加油很麻烦,每班最多只能加1～2次,因此当刚加入时情况还很好,但油很快就没有了,致使汽缸内的润滑情况很差。
